Gridlock, a Libertarian's best friend

The day after the midterm elections I wrote "I'm dreaming of total gridlock". Yesterday in the USA Today Michael Tanner of the Cato Institute wrote "More gridlock, please". My thinking: "When our government can't do anything, it can't do anything bad." Tanner's thinking: "We're better off when government stops doing things."

I should have a fellowship at Cato.
