Karzai critical of US after shooting

The US media is covering the Afghanistan shooting rampage with headlines like "Karzai sharply criticizes U.S. over shooting inquiry". Makes sense, until you compare the coverage to the problems during the Iraq War. Whenever something bad happened -- Abu Ghraib, etc. -- the press made sure everyone understood that it was Bush's war and implied that it was Bush's fault. The lefty blogs openly blamed Bush personally.

With this latest incident, something that occurs in all wars and should surprise nobody, the lefty press is not passing blame to their man Obama. It stops at "U.S.", even though Obama is the Commander in Chief.
