Homeless PR Agency

When bums were renamed "homeless" we all thought their lot in life would improve. It was like calling a swamp a "wetland". But the bums haven't done well as homeless, so I want use the same PR strategy of coal (clean coal) and natural gas (clean natural gas, or CNG). If these industries can place the word "clean" in front of something dirty, we can do it for bums too.


When people see a filthy, lazy bum lounging on the sidewalk, they should think, "Look at that clean man, we should help him!"
