The hiring solution

I know how we can get companies to start hiring again: reject the management slogan, "We have to do more with less." I've been through layoffs, and every time I survived a round of layoffs some idiot middle manager brought out that slogan. The American workforce should nod when they hear it, try to look busy, then promptly do less with less. Fuck 'em. If greedy, poorly managed companies want more work done, they can hire more workers. We've been out of recession since August 2009, so let's get moving.
