California Prop 23

Much has been said about companies that flee California for its oppressive nature -- taxes, fees, requirements. If Prop 23 fails, expect many more to give up and head for the desert oasis of Nevada. With the notable exception of Harry Reid, Nevada is a nice place for people and business.

Proposition 23 will undo AB32, California's "Global Warming Solutions Act", and needs to be passed in November. AB32, if allowed to stand, will harm the economy and kill jobs in the middle of a jobs crisis.

It nothing else, here's a good reason to vote for Prop 23: the Huffington Post is against it (and in favor of AB32):

Instead of California leading the nation into the future with the passage of AB32, Prop. 23 would send it stumbling back to the troglodyte past mainly because of the economic self-interest of a few.

It's funny how liberals say a few rich, agendized organizations fooled the people into voting for a damaging special interest when liberals are in opposition, but when a proposition goes their way, it's The Progressive Will of the People. Calee Lefties are doing the same thing to Prop 23 as they did with the gay marriage propositions. Mormon money paid for false advertising, which fooled enough Californians to vote for banning gay marriage. It couldn't possibly be the Will of the People! Now, with Prop 23, it's Big Oil and the Koch Brothers, not the Will of the People.
