I can always count on political reporting at the New York Times to make me laugh so hard I spit out coffee. According to the Times, Obama is hard on big corporations and other entities perceived as corrupt or elite. So the Times is struggling with his low approval numbers.
Their answer:
In part, this is probably because Mr. Obama, while seemingly eager to read from a populist script, is really too cool and contemplative to be terribly convincing in the role.
Guffaw! It's not Obama's politics, it's not his far-left ideology, and certainly it cannot be his massive deficit spending, oh no! He's "too cool". This is Twilight Zone reporting.
Obama's response to a weak economy and massive debts (basically we're bankrupt) is out-of-control spending. This is why we don't like him.
