African leaders just voted Congo to head the AU, followed by Sudan in 2007.
Here is what Congo has achieved recently, according to globalsecurity.org: "The International Rescue Committee says that since 1998 up to three-million [sic] people have been killed in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Millions more have become internally displaced or have sought asylum in neighboring countries."
Next year's head of the AU, Sudan, has a genocide in progress -- which everyone knows.
