West and Jindal not speaking at RNC-con

The 2012 Republican National Convention will be held Aug. 27-30 in Tampa, with Chris Christie as keynote speaker. I've been reading that several important people won't be speaking -- people I expected to be there, and want to see and hear. These are Allen West, Bobby Jindal, and Donald Trump. That last one is mostly for entertainment, but the other two need to be there.
