Romney rolling in campaign money

Money doesn't make a man, but it often gets men elected. Breitbart is reporting that Romney raised $101 million in July, and is sitting on $186 million. Donations of $250 or less accounted for 94% of the money.

Breitbart.com says this:

94% of donations received in July were $250 or less

[...and...]

$25.7 million of the July haul were $250 or less

Am I missing something here? How could both of those items be true? $25 million is around 25% of $101 million, not 94%.
