Saudi princess publishes wish list for country

A Saudi princess living in London has published a list of reforms she would like to see in Saudi Arabia. It's fascinating reading. I'm not sure if it's good or bad that in the 21st century she proposes advancing Saudi Arabia from the 8th century to the 10th.
Today in Saudi courts, all decisions are made according to the individual judge's interpretation of the holy Koran. This is entirely dependent on his own personal beliefs and upbringing rather than universally agreed principles or a written constitution as a guide.
