Borat parody anthem played at sporting event

A Kazakhstani (sp?) gold medalist in a Kuwaiti sporting event was treated to the Borat parody anthem for Kazakhstan. The explanation? The Kuwaiti official in charge of music for the event downloaded the wrong anthem from the web. BBC story here, with video.
