Hoping for the death of 'right'
I started hearing it six months ago, now everyone I encounter, aged 30 or below, says, "Right?" with a slight uptick at the end of the word. Was this in some comic-book movie, or what passes for comedies now? I'm sick and tired of hearing this word. It's running through pop culture like the flu, and it should be killed without mercy. It will pass, as all fads picked up by kids do, but I don't know if I can hold out for its death.
