Actress Brittany Murphy dead

The whole world was stunned and saddened today when Brittany Murphy was found dead. This truly wonderful person died of cardiac arrest at age 32. It doesn't matter that she was probably a coke junkie like everyone in Hollywood, we at The Shaved Ape would do anything to have her back. As many of you know, I worship and idolize each and every celebrity. How will I find the strength to go on!?

From the LA Times:

Brittany Murphy, the actress who got her start in the sleeper hit "Clueless" and rose to stardom in "8 Mile" before her movie roles declined in recent years, died Sunday in Los Angeles of what appeared to be natural causes, a Los Angeles County coroner's official said. She was 32.

The world has been denied a long and fruitful career of sheer majesty. Losing her may be the worst tragedy to befall planet Earth. A brilliant actress and loving family person, Murphy deserves a heartfelt goodbye from all of us. I love you.

I have just framed one of the many signed pictures I have of her, and will soon put it on the mantle with some candles.

It's not like you to memorialize a deceased celebrity, Don. Good for you. You may be aware I have been asked to not memorialize deceased celebs from someone who will go un-named.

Don, thank you so much for sharing your heartfelt sorrow with us.

I must admit I was close to slitting my wrists after the shock from this tragedy was fully realized...

But after reading your post, you put it all on the line.. Heart on your sleeve, you didn’t care if people branded you as a skirt wearing wuss.. FUCKING METROSEXUAL!!! I'm sorry.. Please forgive me.. Sometimes my turrets flares up uncontrollably.. and combined with my ADD.. my hands also, strangely enough, type the words in unison.. Sorry…I digress..

If it weren’t for you Don, I would be no more..
I have since put the crack pipe down, and no longer have thoughts of slitting my wrist because of your courage.. Thank you Sir!

That's funny, dude, considering the target of the satire.
