This (ArsTechnica) should be recognized for what it is. Indians have a strong (i.e. financial) relationship with congressmen in their districts, and it is they who oppose online gambling, for obvious reasons.
It's part of the daily example we get from Washington: Doing deals for reasons other than what's good for the people.
