The Governator used a line-item veto to kill around $600M from the CA budget, and boy are Dems angry they can't spend. These CA Dems are so incensed, they're considering suing Schwarzenegger for attempting to balance the budget. It would be comical if these liberals were upset about not being able to spend my tax money, but they're in fact upset about not being able to spend money borrowed against my tax money.
SF Chronicle story here.
One of the areas slashed by the Gov was HIV/AIDS prevention. I can prevent this disease, and I won't reach deep into taxpayer pockets to do it: San Franciscans, stop fucking each other in the ass without a condom, and we'll see the AIDS rate drop to almost nothing.

Brett Favre staying retired?
How many times has Favre retired? He's getting like Lance Armstrong. I think they both should sail off into the sunset and reminisce about how great they used to be. They could do a joint memoir about how they met with success, then dealt with adversity, and found redemption became very greedy.
Media Swines
The media pandemic, swine flu, is returning. We all knew this was an unimportant story from the getgo, yet the media dry-humped the story until politicians had to make public statements of concern, and then things escalated to a fever pitch.
Here are the official stats for the number of people who died of flu and pneumonia just in the U.S. in 2006: 56,326. Around 80 people have died -- worldwide -- of swine flu. The media is so full of crap it's unbelievable. Why do you suppose they never publish the comparison of people who die of flue annually vs. swine flu? Could it be that the story would vanish in an instant?
How many times do we have to hear about hundreds of corpses lining the halls of the New Orleans sports arena after hurricane Katrina? Or the horrors of global cooling, acid rain, DEET, SARS, bird flu, imperiled frogs, swine flu, global warming, and all the other problems that exist only in the media?
So, we know the media omits important facts just to create a false scare. What else are they up to? You ever notice how we're constantly told how many tons of carbon dioxide we're emitting into the atmosphere, but the media never mentions how many tons the atmosphere is? Think about that for a moment. Hmmm, if the general public knew that the amount of CO2 we're putting out is a grain of sand on a beach, what would happen to this media-contrived horror story about "global warming"?

Attention Blacks
Dear "African Americans",
Take the chip off your shoulder and quit bitching.
Sincerely,
The Shaved Ape
I am so tired of hearing this constant bitching, the hypersensitivity, and the entitlement attitude. What's with the idiot Harvard prof? I've never discriminated against a black, and I'm not racist. So please shut the fuck up, everybody. I'm not listening to this garbage.
It's obvious the Harvard prof got where he is due to affirmative action. If he was there on merit, he'd probably be smart enough to realize his irrational hypersensitivity has created an open season on his property. I don't want anyone to burglarize the man, but the fact is, anybody can now rob the place because the Cambridge Police would not be foolish enough to go there again just to be called racists.
Let me clue in "African Americans": unpleasant things happen to whites, too.
All this nutiness is what we have in the Whitehouse, too. We have an activisit prez who was mentored by 60s radicals, and his wife has never been proud of America until a black was nominated as his party's candidate for president.
